That’s why we were thrilled when Noëlie Belouin, an intern from France, joined us to explore SOKO from the inside out.
As part of her journey, Noëlie took the opportunity to meet and interview our team members—Robert, Filip, and Marija—to gain insights into their experiences, motivations, and, of course, their favorite SOKO flavors!
Let’s get to know them better!
Robert: I have been part of the company for a year and a half.
Filip: I started working at SOKO on June 1st, 2023—soon it will be two years!
Marija: I have been with SOKO for exactly six and a half years.
Robert: There were several reasons why I was drawn to SOKO: the energy and vision of the owners, the focus on families and children as a target group, and the fact that SOKO is a Macedonian company that has successfully expanded internationally. It was a place where I could bring my experience from global companies and help build a strong marketing team. My favorite thing now? The clear sense of purpose and the open, dynamic company culture—it’s inspiring to work in an environment that encourages creativity without rigid corporate constraints.
Filip: When I joined SOKO, I had just graduated and was looking for an exciting, fast-paced environment where I could learn, grow, and collaborate with partners worldwide. SOKO was going through a transformation phase at the time, and it felt like the perfect match. Now, nearly two years later, I know I made the right choice. Being able to directly contribute to the company’s growth has been incredibly rewarding. But what I appreciate the most? The fantastic team spirit that makes every day enjoyable!
Marija: For me, the challenge of learning the intricacies of international trade was what initially drew me to SOKO. I wanted to master everything from negotiations to logistics, and this company gave me the perfect opportunity. One of the most exciting periods was when the Vita GO brand was being redesigned—I had the chance to contribute my ideas and see them come to life. Today, what I love the most is representing SOKO globally, building partnerships, and seeing our drinks enjoyed in over 60 countries!
Robert: Definitely sour cherry! But pomegranate is a close second.
Filip: Berry mix—no competition!
Marija: AMIGO Bloody Orange—it was a special edition for Halloween, and I loved it!
