We’ve taken the beloved mahalepi – a cool, jelly-like pudding from the sunny shores of Cyprus – and given it a modern fruity makeover with our very own Tribe of MULTI vitamins VitaGO. The result? Mahalepi is a soft, chilled dessert traditionally made with water, starch, and sometimes rose water – it’s a summertime staple in many Cypriot homes. But this version uses VitaGO Tribe of MULTIvitamins instead of plain water, turning a simple pudding into a flavorful, vitamin-packed delight.

Ingredients:
– 6 cups VitaGO Tribe of MULTI vitamins fruit drink
– 6 tbsp cornstarch
– A few drops of rose water (optional, for that classic aroma)

– Cold water (for final chilling step)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Dissolve the cornstarch in a small amount of VitaGO fruit drink.
2️⃣ Heat the remaining fruit drink in a pot over low heat.
3️⃣ Stir in the cornstarch mixture slowly until it thickens and bubbles.
4️⃣ Pour into a wet baking tray (1–1.5cm thick) and let it cool to room temp.
5️⃣ Cut into squares, cover with cold water, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
