Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Crafting and executing dazzling marketing plans
- Collaborating on budget strategies that make our brand shine
- Orchestrating the symphony of agencies, printing nouses, and suppliers to bring our campaigns to life.
- Support new product launches, content updates and development, promotional action development, trade shows participation and regional sales activities.
- Conducting the ultimate taste test with customer satisfaction surveys
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of trends to whip up irresistible content
- Analyzing the competition like a pro and setting new benchmarks
- Keeping the gears turning smoothly with top-notch admin support, creating reports and insights, managing invoicing processes, and handling other internal operational responsibilities, to ensure the seamless execution of marketing activities
- Coordination of the process for sponsorship
- Designing eye-catching brochures and promotional materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the world of marketing
- Experience working in marketing agencies
- Knowledge in printing techniques and packaging
- Preferably experience in organizing international fairs
- Communication skills that could charm the birds from the trees
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Creativity that flows like the juiciest of fruits
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and a sprinkle of respect
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease
- An eagle eye for detail and organization
- A commitment to seeing plans through to success, with metrics to prove it
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (extra points for a second language!)
- A driver's license (category B)
