Area Sales Manager
With a legacy spanning over 30 fruitful years and a presence in more than 60 countries across 6 continents, our team of 140 talented individuals is crafting timeless tales of flavor for generations to savor.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, aligned with regional sales targets and broader business objectives.
- Manage daily sales and create effective export strategies for the region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and securing new business opportunities in the region.
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies.
- Lead negotiations, manage orders, and facilitate the onboarding of new clients into the company’s systems.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and market dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in international trade.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of/experience in ERP systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of a second world language will be considered as an advantage (French or Spanish).
- Driving license category B.
